You do not need a perfect itinerary. A useful first email tells the club enough to assess whether the Petrovac / Buljarica base is a sensible choice for your trip.

The club can discuss whether the base, your plans and the possible support are a good match. An inquiry does not reserve a flying day, guarantee guiding, or confirm transport or accommodation. Conditions, available people, access and pilot responsibility must still be considered.
Camp is for pilots who have completed initial training; it is not currently an initial flight school. For a single passenger tandem, start with the local Budva or Bečići team. For a wider question about flying across Montenegro, use the national pilot request.
For a time-sensitive follow-up to an existing Camp conversation, the shared club channel is available: Camp pilot WhatsApp. Include your name and the email you already sent, plus the one detail that changed.
WhatsApp is not a substitute for the initial trip description, and no message can guarantee a flight or a response by a particular time.
Yes. Tell us what you know about your level and travel plans, and which parts still depend on the weather or onward travel.
No. The club must assess conditions, the pilot's level, staffing and logistics before agreeing to any support. Initial training from zero is not offered here.
Use a local tandem team in Budva or Bečići. Camp inquiries are for people who already fly as pilots.
Email is best for a new plan. WhatsApp is the secondary club channel for following up on an email or clarifying a time-sensitive detail on an already discussed flying day.
