Camp supports entry pilots who already completed initial training elsewhere, progressing pilots, and experienced visitors — with club guiding and honest limits. Absolute-beginner school training stays held pending regulator agreement.

Short answer: Montenegro’s Camp base can suit entry-level, progressing, and experienced pilots when the goal is accompanied skill growth, new coastal–mountain flying, or gateway practice before bigger ranges — not when the real need is a zero school or a first passenger tandem.

Camp’s progression story begins with entry-level pilots who already completed initial training somewhere else.

From there, people become progressing pilots by raising skills on this coastal–mountain base with club briefings and guiding. Experienced pilots use the same environment for new places and conditions.

Absolute beginners with no prior training are out of scope for now. A school track is in project and awaits regulator agreement. Until then, Camp does not sell zero-to-pilot packages.

What “before bigger mountains” means

Petrovac / Buljarica can support mountain preparation and thermal practice before bigger-range travel such as the Alps or Himalaya.

That is place-fit language. It is not a prep-course product, not a certificate path, and not a promise that this base replaces high-mountain mentoring.

It does not certify progression, replace high-mountain mentoring, or admit absolute beginners while the school track awaits regulator agreement.
